3. HEAT-RESISTANT WIGS AND STYLING
Some of our wigs are made from heat-resistant synthetic fibers.
However, heat resistance varies between products.
Always review the product description and heat information before using curling irons, straighteners, hair dryers, steamers, or other heated styling tools.
When heat styling is permitted:
• Start with a low temperature
• Test a small hidden section first
• Increase the temperature gradually if necessary
• Avoid prolonged direct heat
NekoNekoWig is not responsible for damage caused by excessive heat, incorrect styling techniques, improper care, or use outside the product instructions.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We may change, discontinue, replace, or update products at any time.
We may also limit the quantities available for purchase.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay the order with your agreement, or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Cosplay wigs must remain in their original eligible condition for return.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, wigs may become ineligible for ordinary returns after they have been:

• Washed
• Dyed
• Sprayed with hairspray
• Treated with glue, gel, wax, or styling products
• Teased, shaped, or otherwise altered
• Damaged through improper handling

Customers should inspect the wig carefully before modifying or using it.
These restrictions do not exclude any mandatory rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
